What are the Features of One-Stop Centre Scheme?

One-Stop Centre Scheme facilitates an affected individual with multiple services. The OSCS details are as follows:

Emergency Response and Rescue Services : When a woman appears with a problem, OSC provides rescue and referral services. They are working with the help of the National Health Mission (NHM), which has 108 services and PCR tracks, to allow affected women to reach nearby hospitals and emergency shelters.

Medical Assistance : Affected women are treated and screened according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Family Affairs.

Psycho-Social/Support Counselling : A tragic incident ravages the affected individual's confidence. So, the scheme of a one-stop centre also involves a skilled counsellor who will conduct the counselling service and help the affected woman address the issue and seek justice.

Legal Aid and Counselling : The OSC also provides impaneled lawyers or National/State/District Legal Service Authorities to help an affected individual seek justice.

Video Conferencing Facility : To expedite police and court proceedings, OSC provides a video conference facility were women involved can record their statements.

Eligibility Criterias for One-Stop Centre Scheme

The One-Stop Center Program supports all women over the age of 18 and under the age of 18 whose happiness is threatened by the rage of violence, regardless of caste, beliefs, marriage history, religion, or sexual orientation.
